How do I return an item?

If you desire to return merchandise, returns will be accepted provided merchandise is returned undamaged within 60 days of purchase, and can be resold. Full refunds minus a 15% restocking fee, less shipping charges, will be issued. Full refunds will not be given for returned belts, trophies, ribbons, plaques, dog tags, rings, medals and any other product that have custom/personalized tags, inserts, plates or printing/engraving. If returning medals with backtags tags, these tags need to be removed and medals cleaned, and the price of the backside tags will not be refunded - just the price of the medal less 15% minus shipping charges. In general custom or personalized products are not returnable because they cannot be resold. Stock rings are also not returnable because of the gluing and assembly required. Custom color insert medals and custom cast medals are not returnable. Custom acrylic or wood medals are not returnable. In addition, Custom Text medals with stock logos and our custom text QCM series medals are also also not returnable.

If your items have been damaged in shipping, we will replace your products at no charge, however we need to be notified by e-mail or phone of this damage within 7 days of your receipt. Please understand, that is NOT responsible for damages by the carrier.....the carrier is! We will make every effort to ship back your merchandise in a timely manner, however we are not responsible for the cost of expedited shipping (i.e. - 2nd Day or Next Day delivery). The merchandise will be shipped the same way as originally ordered. Faster delivery requests, in these circumstances, will be paid for by the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
