Purchase Orders

WE WELCOME PURCHASE ORDERS

FROM PUBLIC SCHOOLS, CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS, & GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS

Instructions for Submitting a Purchase Order:

1. Place your order Online - Select "Purchase Order" as the Payment Method, and provide your PO Number.
Note: When using a P.O. the Free Shipping option is not applicable, you must choose any other shipping method. Make sure to include shipping costs within the purchase order.
2. After submitting your order, email us a copy of your School or Organization's Signed Purchase Order to: [email protected] -- Please make sure to include your online Order Number in the email's Subject Line.
3. We will invoice you net 30.
Terms: Full payment must be received within 30 days from delivery of the order.


**ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL A SIGNED PURCHASE ORDER IS RECEIVED**

Certain restrictions may apply. We accept Purchase Orders from public/non-private educational institutions and organizations. We reserve the right to refuse any purchase order.

We do not accept COD orders. Should a PO be accepted, we reserve the right to require a 50% deposit should the total order exceed $3000 for first time customers. A late charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to account balances considered past due relative to our terms. Balances past due for more than 6 months will be considered delinquent and we reserve the right to collect past due amounts as we see appropriate which may include collection agencies or legal action.
