Instructions for Submitting a Purchase Order

1. Place your order Online - Select "Purchase Order" as Payment Method, and provide your PO #
2. After submitting your order, send us a copy of your School or Organization's Signed Purchase Order by:
   • Faxing Your Purchase Order to: 651-213-0127, or
   • E-mailing us your purchase order with "PO for order # XXXX" in subject line
   • E-mail address - contact@justawardmedals.com
3. We will invoice you net 30
   - Certain restrictions may apply (PO's do NOT receive free shipping, and shipping charges will be added to your online order)

**We accept PO's from public non-private educational institutions and organizations. We reserve the right to refuse any purchase order.
