How do I create an account?
  You are not required to create an account when you check-out, however you may create an account anytime by:
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

When checking out, we recommend setting up an account with a password so that you can access it later to check on orders, change orders, change account information, etc.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. Note: You cannot edit your order unless you registered with a password at the time you placed your order.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and check what your shipping options and costs will be by entering your State and Zip code. Be sure to click the "recalculate" button. When you proceed to the Checkout page you will be offered the same Shipping options and their prices. We ship by UPS or Priority Mail (if less than approximately 12-15 medals).
Shipping charges are based on weight and shipping destination. We usually add a small surcharge of approximately 2-3% of our actual shipping costs to ship a package to you. This small fee covers handling and our associated costs of packaging.
If the shipping charges seem high, please keep in mind that medals are made of solid metal and can weigh more than you might think! Typically, depending on the medal you choose, 10 medals can weigh approximately one pound, and 200 medals can weigh over 20 pounds!
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. You may e-mail us at [email protected] or call our toll free number at 1-888-462-5008

When will my order ship?
In most instances products have estimated times for manufacturing and shipping. This is clearly stated on the product web page near the top. At check-out you will be asked when you need your items by. We will make every attempt to accommodate your deadline, and if we cannot, we will contact you. Typically we try to ship our medals within 1-3 days upon receipt of your order. We stock almost all products we offer on our website. Often if the product you order is in stock, we can ship in 1 or 2 days, sometimes even the same day as ordered. Engraving tags for your medals will usually take us an extra day. If you need your order rushed, please call us toll free at 1-888-462-5008, and we will try to help you. Please be aware that your choice of shipping method and your shipment's final destination will greatly affect when you receive your package(s). Regular UPS Ground services can take anywhere between 1-5 business days depending on the shipping destination. Also, in most instance UPS does not deliver on weekends or to post office box addresses.
After placing your order, you may want to click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
