I made a small error on one of the medal engraving requests that would have likely been missed by other companies  (I missed it!). JustAwards caught it and then called and emailed me in order to clarify. While on the phone the representative also suggested wording that would fit on the medal a bit better (it was a smaller medal than our last order). It looks great! I am so impressed with their customer service and speed of delivery! Our participants were happy with the medals. We are hoping that they find more cycling medals!! These medals were nice, but a bit smaller than I would have preferred. Once our events get bigger we may look into custom, but really need ready made until then. Thanks again for great medals and service!! We will continue to order from JustAwards.
