If it's time to have text engraved on your existing perpetual plaque plates, this is the place! Provide us a past order number or order billing name, and we will look up your digital file and laser engrave your plate(s) to perfection, just like the first time. Make sure to mail the plates you would like to have engraved to:

NOTE: We DO NOT engrave or imprint plates from plaques purchased from another company.
We only engrave/imprint plates for customers who have purchased a PLAQUE from us.
If you are a returning customer and need to send us previously purchased plates to add text:
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Protect both sides of your plates by wrapping them in paper or paper towels. Secure plate bundles with tape or rubber binders to prevent plates from rubbing against each other. A final protective outer layer of cardboard larger than the plates is ideal. Enclose in a box or bubble mailer.
2. Place your order here online. Include your order number, or a copy of your order with your plates.
3. Include any text specifications if not included with online order by emailing us at customerservice@everwoodind.com (include your order number)

Note - Shipping your plates to us is your financial responsibility..
Note that polymer or black acrylic plates are always laser engraved, and metal plates are either laser engraved, sublimated or direct to substrate printed. By providing an old or original order number, we can usually look this type of information up to determine the method of imprinting/engraving, text size and font, etc..
