Have blank perpetual plates from your Perpetual Plaque ordered from JustAwardMedals.com? You're in the right place!
If it's time to have text engraved/imprinted on your existing perpetual plaque plates (previously purchased from us) place your order here. Provide us your past order number and we'll use the same font/size as your previous order. Once your order is placed and we have the text information for the plate(s), make sure to mail your blank plates into use and include your order number within the package (see instruction below). We'll complete them and mail them back to you. (hang on to any screws hardware so you can re-attach the completed plates to your plaque).
We do NOT engrave or imprint plates purchased from another vendor.
If you've had any plates that were purchased by us but already completed with text by another company and decided to use us thereafter, we cannot guarantee an exact match to any font, style, or production process. For this reason we recommend sticking with the same company for ALL engraving/imprinting.
MAILING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place your order here online. Include text information if available.
- Remove the small plates from your plaque and replace the screws as not to lose them. Protect both sides of your plates by wrapping them in paper or paper towels. Secure plate bundles with tape or rubber binders to prevent plates from rubbing against each other. A final protective outer layer of cardboard larger than the plates is ideal. Enclose in a box or bubble mailer. Include your order number, or a copy of your order with your plates.
- Send us text specifications (if not already included with your online order) by emailing us at [email protected] and include your order number in the email's Subject Line.
- (We require text to be provided in a format that we can easily copy-paste. Scanning, mailing, or verbally stating text specification will not be accepted).

Once we have your online order and the mailed plates arrive we will complete it the same font/size as your past/original order and send them back to you in a timely manner.
If this is your very first order for engraving/imprinting please expect a digital proof by email to confirm your font and text size. Subsequent orders will not receive a proof as we'll continue to use the same font/size on all new orders (make sure to double-check spelling and capitalization before submitting text). You may a request a preview in the Order Comments if you must review the text for placement and line breaks (or similar) prior to production.
