It was a real pleasure from beginning to end product.  The company is great to work, patient, supportive, creative and deliver what they promised very quickly.  The biggest problem was opening the box as packing was so secure.   NOTHING negative about the 15 assorted tumblers created for family reunion.  I am very thankful.
