We welcome inquiries about our custom award medallions. Custom medals can be surprisingly affordable and can add that "extra touch" to your next event or award ceremony. A custom medal is the difference between an award and a keepsake!

1. Custom Medal Quantity (minimum order of 150 pieces)
2. Size of Custom Medal (i.e - 2" diameter, 1" diameter, etc...)
3. Custom Medal Finish (antique or polished gold, silver or bronze)
4. "In Hands" Date Required (allow approximately 5 weeks)
5. Is artwork available or finished? Is Medal Double or Single Sided?
6. Are Neck Ribbons Required and Color?
